Rodent Treatment and Exclusion Plan
Our comprehensive services begin with a thorough two-hour inspection to determine the most effective treatment plan to rid your home of rats or mice. We review your property inside and out, noting any issues of concern.
After our assessment, we will begin treatment to target the rodents in your home, and remove them within a set [DH1] period of time. Eliminating a rodent infestation relies on thorough rodent exclusion, modifications to the structure that seal existing rodents in and future rodents out. Without this vital step, the current infestation will be able to bypass control measures and future populations will find easy access to your structure.
Exclusion is accomplished by locating any areas of potential access and sealing them up. Our technicians are trained to locate and address even the smallest area of ingress, as any hole or crack as little as ¼” across can allow for a mouse to enter the home, and ½” is enough room for a rat to enter.
Monitoring Your Property to Prevent Mice and Rats Re-Entry
After we seal the access areas around your property, we will set up monitoring stations to track the rodents’ activity around your home to help ensure they don’t return.
