Today however was an amazing experience.  We started to notice an awful smell.  Something definitely died in our around our home.  I called United and they were able to dispatch Nathan to my house same day.  He discovered a large racoon had died under our porch.  He completed the usual maintenance routine and then disposed of the Racoon.  He went out of his way to help us out.   I really appreciate it Nathan.

They explained everything they would do on their initial visit, what to expect afterwards, and that it was safe for my small dogs. Their price was very reasonable. I cannot say enough about their technician Nathan. He was very polite, and was very informative. They had told me if I had any problems in between my bi-monthly visit they would come back out. Today, I saw an ant and they will be here in 2 days. I would highly recommend this company. They do everything they say they well, have great employees ,and they have great prices.

These guys came out right away and solved the problem with pet- friendly options. Our maintenence care has been A+, and no sign of critters in the house or crawlspace since that first visit.
