Experienced Pest Control Technicians!
For experienced and trained licensed Technicians, a Pest Technician can earn $30+ per hour with additional sales commission potential.
We have a robust training program to help inexperienced as well as experienced technicians to thrive and earn great wages and opportunities in the pest control industry!

Licensed Pest Professionals with WSDA Get a $1,500 Hiring Bonus!
United Pest Solutions loves to reward the hard work required to get and maintain state-issued pest control credentials. If you have your Laws and Safety, General Pest, and Structural licenses you can earn $57,000-$72,000+ annually. Straight hourly wages are available as well upon request.

In addition to the hourly wage and production commission, our technicians earn sales commissions when selling our services from provided leads and cross-sales. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision as well as a Simple IRA with company matching, paid vacation at 6 months, and sick leave (PSST). We also provide you with all the training you need, and the tools, uniforms, and a company-paid service vehicle.
No weekends required!
We want our technicians to have a life outside of work! This is why our typical work schedule is 7:30 AM to 5 PM Monday through Friday. Saturday work is uncommon and when it is needed we try to do it on a volunteer basis only. However, we do allow our technicians to work Saturdays for more commission & production if desired.
