The crawlspace above had a serious water problem with standing water throughout the entire crawlspace due to ground water runoff from the surrounding neighborhood. Most homeowners like this one are not even aware that anything is going on until extensive damage has taken place; resulting in costly unexpected repairs.

We mitigated the standing water in the finished crawlspace picture above by removing and replacing the damaged vapor barrier and insulation, channeling the water towards a high capacity sump pump which then transported the water down hill and away from the house. Today the crawlspace remains dry and the homeowners no longer struggle with the strong musty odors coming from their crawlspace.

In some case where humidity levels are a consistently above what is acceptable for mold growth and/or associated unpleasant odors then components such as the SaniDry™ dehumidifier system will bring humidity levels back to normal levels.
