We take educating our entire staff very seriously. That is why we require not only all of our Service Technicians, but also each person from our office who speaks with you about pest related issues to have a Pest Control Operator's (PCO) License with the State of Washington.

Our in-house Technical Director, Scott Dideon, holds a Masters in Entomology and Board Certification with the University of Purdue, widely considered the preeminent school for their studies in this field. Scott is also the Education Chairman for the Washington State Pest Management Association; the leading organization in continuing education for all of the PCO's in the State of Washington. Only a handful of pest control companies have a Technical Director on staff and a resource such as Scott has been invaluable to not only United Pest Solutions, but to the Washington State industry as well.

Our Service Technicians are trained rigorously each week to provide our clients the most up-to-date pest control technologies and service practices available to our industry.

Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design (LEED) standard programs along with all of our commercial services are designed with environmental stewardship in mind. Green / Integrated Pest Management approaches can be designed to meet the demands of your business, tenants and clients.

United Pest Solutions is also heavily invested in our industry on a national level with United Pest Solutions' involvement in the National Pest Management Association. The NPMA offers many programs which are aimed at building our industry through professionalism and protection of our health, property and the environment.

One of these programs, Green Pro, is designed to establish service philosophies and standards which strive to protect our health and the environment that we work in by establishing a partnership with our customers to strategize effective control and prevention of pests in and around our business community.
